Ever heard the saying, “You are the five people you hang out with?” It means that you adopt pieces of the same habits, mentality, view points etc. of these people. That’s why it’s so important to chose who you give your precious time. These people need to line up with who you really are and what goals you're chasing. 

In comparison, the law of attraction is very real. What you spend most of your time thinking about is eventually what you will get. If your goal is to lose fat, and you shame yourself every day in the mirror, you will create an environment to sustain that state longer. Your mind is connected to your body, and it plays a huge part in your progress. Negative energy is real. It feeds directly into your habits, how you live your day, and your emotions. 

Stress is a huge proponent of inaction. Negative emotions lead directly to bad stress. Stress leads directly to poor recovery, lack of motivation, and bad habits.

Visualize, smile, and know you will achieve what you set out for. Try focusing on the goal and visualize yourself living that goal and how you will feel when there. Reward yourself at any win. Love who you are now because that human is the one taking the actions to achieve that goal. 

Learn to let go, give yourself freedom from the negative thoughts and self talk.
