I’ve had a slight obsession since I was 25 with fitness, the human body, and how well or how badly it can perform depending on how we live day to day.
There's a ton of bad information being distributed daily through social media and other routes that can lead to confusion and inaction. Information like this can be misleading and extremely frustrating.
I help my clients develop lives they can be proud of and utilize methods that are scientifically backed.
Unfortunately, there is NO magic pill... well... yet. There's no substitute for a little hard work and consistency when it comes to fitness and nutrition.
There IS such a thing as yoyo dieting. Bouncing around from new shiny program to new shiny program puts you on the hamster wheel of doom.
It's my job to keep you off that wheel and moving forward.
